Job Description:
The available positions involve production work in digital printing, finishing, or shipping.  Most are first shift positions although hours vary.  Printing positions involve calibration and operation of wide format digital printers.  This includes inkjet and photo laser writers.  Finishing positions include all work steps in the mounting and laminating department in addition to operation of digital die cutting platforms.

We expect to train any new technician our best methods for successful results. We will provide the best available equipment and experienced operators to show you our processes. 

Skills/Qualifications:
Work experience in a digital printing environment is important.  Experience with some of the following printing equipment is required for printing positions:  Durst Lambda, HP5000, Vutek.  Experience with Durst, Onyx, and/or Colorburst RIPs is helpful. Concern for details and quality workmanship is vital.  For the finishing position we seek experience with pressure sensitive laminators, liquid lamination, operation of Zund equipment, packaging, handling, and shipping equipment.


Ability to work in a team environment is important. Willingness to help others in achieving critical deadlines is necessary. Willingness to work periodic overtime and to have some schedule flexibility is fundamental to our business.  Willingness to cross train and engage in all company projects as requested is fundamental to employment at Meisel.
