Help Postcard Press Inc. be a leader in the Publishing, Media and Advertising industry by acting as the Direct Mail Coordinator who serves clients; completes mailing requirements by processing mailing lists using USPS certified software; ensures quality; completes reports; meets target dates. PLEASE SUBMIT A SALARY HISTORY AND REQUIREMENT WHEN APPLYING Duties: *Completes mailing requirements by preplanning and scheduling mailings; verifying printed materials meet postal qualifications; keeping client informed; presorting lists according to work order specifications. *Ensures mailing quality by performing quality control with production, communicates with client regarding data quality issues, responsible for sending out all proofs and receiving approval or changes needed. Communicates with prepress department to ensure that every order has correct mailing specs and indicia (if any) *Completes mailing reports by gathering information and performing data entry with no errors. *Meets mailing quality requirements and target dates by coordinating mailings and production schedules. *Maintains inventory by recording printed pieces; working with technical services department to receive reprint authorization. *Provides clients with mailing results by planning direct mail campaigns, monitors response rates and offers solutions to low response mailings. *Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications. *Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and always communicating with other departments.

Excel, Word, Outlook, Postal presorting software, USPS postal regulations, and English verbal and written communications


Experience in mass marketing and developing/executing B2B advertising programs.

High School Diploma REQUIRED
