A client located in Austin, Texas has an immediate position available for a Document Specialist.
Must be in at 8:00 a.m. every morning, Monday-Friday, 8-5.
Be able to answer phones in the morning with a positive attitude.
Advanced word processing skills - (test will be administered). Word 2000 (headers, footers, set up multi-page letter, tab setting, assignment of styles, creation of styles, footnotes, tables-very advanced set up to flow over multiple pages). Familiarity with templates and styles, both using and creating them.
Import Excel tables into Word and format to Carollo standards.
Adobe Acrobat experience: convert Word/Excel files to pdf format, burn files to CD or DVD, create links, etc. in Acrobat.
Experience scanning documents as images or OCR.
Must type at least 65 wpm.
Adaptable to changing tasks and priorities. Able to work under deadline.
Hourly pay between $15-$17 an hour with beneifts depending on experience.
