Editor/Writer

The American Productivity & Quality Center (APQC) is a world-renowned resource for process and performance improvement for organizations of all sizes across all industries has an open position for a editor/writer to work in its business publications unit. Position will be responsible for three main areas: 1. Updating a variety of documents including research reports, marketing materials, press releases, article abstracts and external surveys. 2. Development of new research topics and associated writing also will be part of the position. 3. Support internal clients with writing of APQC articles and white papers. Position qualifications include a four year degree in publishing, communications, journalism, or English. Work experience of at least one year as a paid copy editor for a professional publisher or marketing/PR firm. High degree of computer literacy with ability to work with minimal direction.
