Finishing Manager

The Printing House, Inc. is seeking candidates for Finishing Manager.  The preferred candidate should have a B.A. degree in Management, with a minimum of 10 years printing experience, preferably 5 years bindery management experience.  Additional qualifications required include exceptional communication skills, technical experience and knowledge of various binding equipment, ability to evaluate personnel and develop multi-skilled workforce, ability to train personnel on binding operation, ability to promote a safe, clean, quality oriented work environment, proficient in planning and scheduling capabilities to ensure customer orders are met in a timely manner, promote team building, ability to analyze and interpret general printing regulations, write reports, effectively represent company goals and mission to subordinates, clients, and customers, hands on experience setting up, running, maintaining, and troubleshooting bindery equipment. 

 

Candidates must have experience with the following equipment:

Muller Martini Saddle Stitcher (335 and Prima), Muller Martini NB2 and NB3 Perfect Binder, MBO Folders, Wollenberg Cutters, Kolbus Tipper
