Our Tampa, FL Labels Manufacturing plant is currently seeking hardworking, dependable, and experienced Flexographic Press Operators with an eye for quality.  Wide web flexo printing experience necessary.  Must be available for 2nd or 3rd shift.  Standard Register offers competitive pay in addition to an excellent benefits package.  Pre-employment testing, drug screenings, and background check required. 

 

Position Summary

 

? Sets up production equipment according to written set of customer order specifications.

? Follows established work instructions for every step in the production process or the specific piece of production equipment.

? Monitors quality of work-in-process or finished goods at each step in the production process.

? Uses principles of statistical process control in production process, and makes adjustments if tolerances reach upper or lower limit values of order specifications.

?Operates production equipment consistent with rated speeds that will both promote maximum efficiency while producing a quality customer product.

? Completes all paperwork related to production order.

 Qualifications

 

? 2-3 years wide web flexographic printing experience.

? High school diploma or equivalent is required.

? Twelve months experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable for this position.
