Inside Sale Representative / Customer Service
INX International Ink Co. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service Rep. to work at our San Leandro, California facility. This position involves providing direction and support for current clients as well as prospecting new clients.
Primary point of contact for all customer interactionHandles customer communications, order challenges and complaintsProcesses sales ordersProvides product information & MSDS?sDistributes leads and calls to the appropriate salespersonCarries out inside sales strategiesAddresses billing and pricing issuesProcesses shipment and product complaintsProvides known answers to industry specific and basic technical questionsProvides clerical support where needed
This position requires a professional phone manner and excellent customer service skills. A college degree or at least 4 years of related experience. Previous office, customer service and/or sales experience. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions; able to present information effectively to customers and employees. Ability to perform math functions including fractions, decimals, percentages, and discounts. Able to deal with problems involving several variables in standard situations. Computer knowledge, Windows including Excel, Work, and Outlook; goldmine and SAP experience is a plus. Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
