Jr. Account Manager

Provides support in maintaining clients' satisfaction and in developing new accounts. Measures account performance and coordinates commercial print jobs on a national level.

Maintains open and accurate communication between plant and client and works with team to provide estimates, prepare graphics files for electronic tranfer, prepares job tickets, coordinates scheduling and production, and tracks all phases of manufacturing and distribution of finished product. Keeps accurate records of jobs and customer communications.

Qualifications
Candidate will have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, strong written and oral communication skills, ability to prioritize work and manage schedules involving multiple deadlines and changing priorities, must be detail oriented with a focus on exceeding service levels and performance objectives. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve and complete jobs within estimated price. Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude, flexible, with the ability to operate in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, demonstrated profienciency with computers and office equipment. Recent college graduates with a degree in business, marketing or math are welcome to apply.
