Job Title:  Junior Customer Service Representative

 

Department:  Customer Relations and Planning 

 

Reports to: Senior Customer Service Representative

 

Job Purpose: The Junior Customer Service Representative provides the tactical support necessary to ensure that orders are fulfilled to both customer?s and COPAC?s satisfaction.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

?  Accepts, reviews, and enters orders.

?  Responds to customer inquiries regarding price and delivery, order status, etc. in a timely and professional manner.

?  Develops a professional working relationship with the customer to become as familiar as possible with the customer?s business.

?  Communicates with customers via telephone, email, fax and occasional customer visits and press approvals.

?  Works with all of the other departments at COPAC, Inc. to successfully and profitably deliver a high quality product to the customer on time.

?  Complete other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

?  Printing related experience and/or customer service.

?  Print Related Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
