Manager, Mailing Services - Magazine Printing

United Litho, an expanding 180-employee?printing manufacturer based in Loudoun County, Virginia,?seeks?a?Manager for its?Mailing Services?department.? This newly created?position will direct the day-to-day activities of the department, which includes interaction with customer service, plant scheduling, and the finishing department.? Responsibilities include set-up and production of mailing jobs using?postal software solutions, and designing and honing internal processes and systems to?ensure an error-free work product.? ?

This role requires?a background in FoxPro, Dbase, Basic and/or C.? Knowledge of Domestic Mail Manual and specific knowledge in Periodical and Standard mail flats desired, along with knowledge of Drop Shipping, Co-mailing, and Co-palletization.? Ideal candidate will have experience with Business Objects (First Logic) postal software?in a production environment producing standard and periodical flat mailings.? This working manager role will report to the Director of Postal Affairs, and supervise an on site?staff of 5.
