Managing Editor

True North Custom Publishing, a Chattanooga, Tennessee-based custom publisher of magazines and newsletters for healthcare and other industries, is recruiting for the position of MANAGING EDITOR.
This position is responsible for writing, editing, and proofreading copy and managing editorial content development, copy deadlines, and proofreading for custom publications and clients across the country. Some travel required.
The ideal candidate is, creative, fast-paced, motivated, quick study who is organized, dedicated to excellence and customer service, works well in a team environment, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and is eager to join a successful magazine organization.
Bachelor?s degree in English, communications, or related field. Four or more year?s publication experience preferred.
