Marketer

Description MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

?Develop and implement campaigns, promotions, incentives and communications designed to achieve short and long term growth targets for the Segment.

?Develop targeted messages to reach diverse segment members.

?Measure and analyze campaigns, segment growth trends, profitability of customers and initiatives.

?Identify key growth opportunities based on analysis.

?Business case development for segment initiatives; including product development analysis.

?Drive results in a team environment, leveraging effective partnerships with finance, other strategic marketing groups, sales channels, marketing services, and business systems groups.

 Qualifications

Education and Experience

?BA/BS, preferably in business or marketing; MBA preferred; JD a plus.

?5 years with BS (3 years + MBA) business experience in marketing preferred.

?Direct experience in the legal field or information industry a plus.

?Must possess an ability to think at a high level as well as analyze details when necessary.

?Must demonstrate a capability to deliver consistent messages and marketing themes to the organization to maximize the effectiveness of each area that touches our Solo2 customers. Must be an action-oriented individual.

 

Knowledge and Skills

?Successful experience working in cross-functional teams.

?Project management skills.

?PowerPoint and Excel experience, with some knowledge of statistical analysis

?Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
