Nightshift Plant Manager 2472

Description : Reporting to the Chief Operating Office, the incumbent will be responsible for the production goals (scheduling, on-time delivery, rework and eminence, product cost, quality, process improvement, etc..) This person will be responsible for production scheduling and the management of the employee hourly work force.  Hours will be 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

 

Requirements:

BA/BS preferred.  A minimum of ten years of progressive responsibility and leadership background in a sheetfed manufacturing operation is a must have in this role.  Current or prior P/L experience is a must.  Intangibles will include; floor leadership skills, communication skills, team player, high energy, goal setting, business management, results oriented and customer focus, among others.  Local candidate strongly desired.

 

Compensation:

$75,000- $82,000
