Office Machine Technician

Lanier is seeking a dynamic individual to become an integral part of our team as a Key Operator to manage a fleet of copiers, faxes, printers, and multi-functional devices on site in our Syracuse, NY location.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
*Responding to first level calls from end users of equipment to determine the problems, clear paper jams, run test copies and determine status of machines.
*Provide scheduled trips to all machines to conduct cleaning of the glass, toner replacement and general cleaning of work area.
*Train end users to properly use all Lanier equipment.
*Travel within a local area to manage fleet off site.
*Deliver and install on-site loaner equipment.
*Run reports as requested.
*Communicate with customer to ensure that services are performed at or above expectations.

The ideal candidate MUST meet the following requirements:
** A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably face to face.
** A minimum of 1year MS Office experience, including MS Word and Excel.
** Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
** Ability to multi-task.
** Clean driving record, auto insurance and personal vehicle.
** Reliability, punctuality and a good work ethic!
