Responsibilities
The Practice Area Manager, LPM&CD works closely with LPM&CD senior management, Market Planning, Sales, and Marketing to achieve revenue goals and drive market preference. This position maintains a keen understanding of LexisNexis position in the market and leads strategic efforts to achieve and maintain content dominance and feature functionality in the Federal/National Litigation practice area. Within the organization, the Practice Area Manager serves as a key point of contact for all issues related to federal/national litigation practice content; is a liaison to other LexisNexis business units, customers, authors, and other content providers; and takes an active role in training and developing Practice Area Editors and Editors.

Qualifications
* Juris Doctor or equivalent degree
* Minimum of two years experience managing products or processes; or equivalent experience
* Demonstrated leadership in organizational initiatives
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
* Significant familiarity with federal litigation practice and procedure is helpful
Position could potentially be based in other LexisNexis locations.

The preferred level of education for this position is Doctorate (Professional).
