Southern Graphic Systems Dallas, Texas facility has an immediate opening for a Pre Press Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years work experience. We are a well-established company that is always expanding. This is a great opportunity for an organized individual with pre press customer service experience who can work independently as well as with others. Must be professional with strong writing and grammar skills, well spoken and able to deal with customers by telephone and in person. This is a hands on job in a professional yet casual environment. Responsibilities:

? Handling incoming phone calls and orders
? Handling customer issues
? Involved with production and scheduling of pre press files
? Job planning, coordinating details and information between client and internal departments
? Proactive identification, analysis and resolution of problems and situations that arise with client satisfaction and production
? Recommending or taking corrective actions as required
? Participating in pre and post production meetings in accordance with standard operating procedures and departmental processes
? Management of ever changing timelines

Qualifications:

? Minimum of 3 years in Packaging and Point of Sale Pre Press customer service
? Proven stable industry related work history and demonstrated work ethic
? Team player who can work effectively individually and with teammates
? Self-Motivated
? Working skills in Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, & Photoshop
? Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple activities
? Excellent communication skills to deal with clients and suppliers
