Print Production Coordinator - Entry Level Opportunity!

As a result of the dramatic growth of our market-leading technical publications, we are seeking to add a new member to our upbeat, talented print production team.

 

 

In the role of Print Production Coordinator, you will:

 

? Handle the end-to-end coordination of all marketing jobs including: email, print, and in house advertising

? Manage the print production for all of our professional newsletters and bi monthly technical journals; communicate with printers to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards

? Act as job clearinghouse and copy center liaison with our corporate office

? Set up marketing efforts and new products in the in house production trafficking system

? Manage production inventory, scheduling, shipping and receiving for all assigned projects

? Assist senior staff with other tasks and projects as necessary

 

To succeed in this role, our ideal candidate will possess:

 Experience in a marketing and/or print production environmentStrong organizational skills and keen attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to manage projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environmentDesire to take his/her career to the next levelBA/BS in English, Marketing, CIS or other related discipline
