Print Provider Customer Service Rep.

Today?s Graphics Inc. (TGI) has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative with EXPERIENCE in the Printing industry. This position is to replace a retiring employee with over 15 years of service to our organization. It is a key position.

As a Customer Service Representative you have an opportunity to train with this individual for one month to learn about our clients and company. After training you will to work in unison with our AE?s to meet our client?s challenging expectations. You will be responsible for managing projects from the beginning stages to final delivery. Daily responsibilities include:

? Organizing work flow to meet tight client deadlines
? Coordinating activities with outside vendors to ensure on-time deliveries
? Attending to client needs, complaints, and concerns
? Processing and entering orders into production
? Answering incoming inquiries
? Processing orders in a professional, efficient, and timely manner
? Providing superior customer satisfaction

Experience in the four color printing market is a required. Other qualifications include superior organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong system skills (data entry keying, e-mail abilities, and office software knowledge) Other skills required to be successful are:

? Three + years of experience
