Looking for a Print Shop Coordinator...

We are seeking an approachable, energetic, and detail-oriented Print Shop Coordinator for our client in the Naperville, IL, area. You will be an integral part of our Facility Management Program in which you are an employee of our company working at our customer site.

The On-Site Coordinator organizes and performs the duties required to operate the GFC Facility Management Program at the assigned customer's locations.  The performance of these duties will require coordinating overall activities in the Print Shop to process all incoming, outgoing, and interoffice copy requests.  Further duties include monitoring service delivery, assisting in copier installation, copier operation training, maintaining equipment, anticipating and correcting problems, and reporting on the programs operations.


This position requires flexibility with scheduled work hours, ability to be on feet and walking throughout the workday and be able to lift 50 lb. boxes of paper.

The ideal candidate will possess a great deal of flexibility to handle multiple tasks, excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a strong attention to detail. We also require outstanding customer service skills, good computer skills, and prefer experience working with copiers.
