OfficeMax Print and Document Services (PDS) is seeking customer focused individuals who are interested in putting their professional know-how to work with an industry forerunner. We currently are recruiting for: Print and Document Services (PDS) Production Supervisor.
The successful candidate will enjoy working with customers in a fast paced environment and producing high quality products on a deadline. OfficeMax PDS is dedicated to providing the perfect customer experience, which includes producing consistent high quality products and services. Some prior experience in the printing industry is required. OfficeMax PDS provides extensive training through a variety of resources including hands-on, web-based and on-site vendor training.
Duties include: Operating and training on a wide variety of equipment; scheduling, managing and tracking production flow; creating proofs for customer orders; coordinating the pick-up and delivery of customer orders; maintaining the production center equipment and supply levels; and ensuring communication between shifts.
May also interact with customers to determine needs, provide solutions that meet or exceed the customer's expectations, and provide accurate pricing of orders.
Contributing to the customer's shopping experience by providing high quality, accurate and on-time processing of all orders.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
Ability to operate computer systems relevent to all aspects of store operations.
Able to work full-time hours on a variety of day/evening shifts including weekends.
Able to lift and carry up to 55 pounds on a regular basis.
Have prior successful experience as a print-for-pay associate.
Some supervisory experience preferred.
Effectively interact with customers and be capable of handling customer inquiries and issues. Able to provide resolution in a courteous and professional manner.
Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure while supervising multiple tasks.
Able to use electronic communication devices during all working hours requiring a headset or device on/in the ear.
