Printing Customer Service Representative

PIP Printing & Document Services, a quick printer with state of the art digital equipment seeks an inside sales representative with customer service skills to consult and sell both face-to-face and via the telephone. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable with computers (both PC?s and Mac?s desirable) and has a friendly, helpful personality, loves to work with people and enjoys a fast paced environment. Experience and/or training in graphic arts software would be a plus. In this position you will interact with prospects and customers helping to define requirements, solve problems and sell our services. Ability to multi-task is essential. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Sell and explain the competitive advantages of our company
- Learn all aspects of a high technology printing and graphics operation
- Utilize point of sale software to prepare estimates and invoices for customers
- Communicate customer concerns and requirements to the production staff

- Experience in the quick printing business
- Computer experience and ability to learn to use our point of sale software (PrintSmith)
- Professional and clean-cut appearance
- Excellent telephone skills
- Knowledge of graphic design applications (Quark, PageMaker, Illustrator, etc.)
- Ability to work as a team player in a dynamic, challenging environment
