Product Availability Supervisor

PepsiAmericas is an anchor bottler and distributor of Pepsi and related beverages. We have operations in 18 states, Eastern Europe and the Caribbean with over $3 billion in annual revenue and 17,000 employees globally. We currently have an immediate opening for an experienced Product Availability Supervisor in our Cincinnati, Ohio Facility. This position is primarily responsible for leading and developing teams, optimizing safety, efficiency, productivity and waste control. The major responsibilities for this position include scheduling personnel to ensure proper staffing; handling general employee inquiries and resolving issues; supervising employees including coaching, training and discipline; coordinating with other departments to facilitate efficient operations; attending staff meetings and conducting team meetings; and reviewing measurements to determine process improvement.

Qualified candidates must possess the following skills:
Demonstrated knowledge of good manufacturing practices. Ability to manage warehouse layouts and adapt to seasonal changes. Knowledge of beverage processing, packaging and warehouse operations and housekeeping guidelines. Strong oral and written communication skills. Basic computer experience preferably Excel and Word. Demonstrated leadership skills in a team-based environment. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of PQI, forklift product handling, FDA and OSHA safety procedures. 1-2 years of supervisory experience or equivalent. Available to work hours as necessary.
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required based upon work experience.
