Responsibilities
Responds to all HESI/REACH customer support inquiries accurately and effectively, following established procedures and ensures customer?s expectations are met or exceeded. In the event that escalation is required for resolution, the representative is responsible for establishing the link between the customer and person or party responsible for final resolution to ensure that customer is satisfied. The position directly addresses the corporate value of Customer Focus so as the position and functions thereof reinforce to our customer that we want to be their indispensable partner. Main Activities and Responsibilities: Must be familiar with the Internet, search engines, operating systems and various browsers. Provide expertise on key features of all product types and order/delivery options including basic information about functionality of Evolve REACH/HESI products. Understand and clearly explain business and technology strategies to customers and internal stakeholders. Expected to work on time and seldom be absent from work. Responsible for next business day turnaround on all customer e-mail. Handle incoming calls in real-time mode (company preference), with followup to messages to be handled within 24 hours. Must also communicate effectively with all colleagues. When applicable, manager will ask for assistance with various projects.

Qualifications
General knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems as well as basic Internet navigation and familiarity with search engines and Netscape and Internet Explorer browsers. Basic familiarity with REACH/HESI applications and ability to assist clients with navigation of Evolve REACH website pages. Candidate must have a minimum of a high school degree although additional courses in computer related areas are also preferred. Minimum of 1 year customer service experience. Must be computer literate and posses basic knowledge of PC concepts and Internet functionality.
