Production Associate/Second Shift, Sharon.MA

Responsilibilities: The Production Associate is accountable for meeting and exceeding sales and margin budgets in the Digital Copy Services Center. The primary responsibility is to consistently support procedures, processes, and programs in the production facility and to execute profit and customer service improvement plans. The Production Associate must ensure that the team is delivering on the Quality Service Guarantee by meeting and exceeding customer service standards and executing The Customer Order Process. This position is 1st shift and will include some weekends.

Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years retail experience in a selling and customer service environment, preferably in a CPC.
2. 1-2 years management experience in a selling and customer service environment.
3. Ability to use all CPC equipment and demonstrate how to use it to others.
4. Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage staff to increase sales and margin performance.
5. Experience managing multiple projects and problem solving using analytical skills.
6. Strong Customer Service and Sales Skills.
7. Detail oriented and organized, able to evaluate documents to offer up sell and cross sell opportunities.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
9. Experience working with external vendors to coordinate production and/or sales.
10. Solid understanding of all vendor related products and services as well as order placement processes.
11. Experience and interest in facilitating training.
12. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Acrobat, Picture It, Publisher.
13. Experience using technology to open a disk, CD, Zip and print a document in the formats listed above.
