Production Coordinator

 

The Production Coordinator will be responsible for processing all incoming online and print media to ensure conformation with press and online specifications. This position will work closely with the Art Director and Production Editor of the publication.  The Production Coordinator will be responsible for paginating each issue, performing pre-press for the publication and processing ad materials for press. Also, the PC will be responsible for posting online magazine content, ad content, and custom sponsored content. The PC will also be responsible for producing custom reprints of editorial content for clients.

 

Requirements:

Candidates must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented.

Candidates must possess excellent organizational skills, project management and communications skills.

He/She must be able to work independently,  and adhere to multiple deadlines.

Candidate must possess basic HTML coding skills.

Candidate must be highly proficient in QuarkXPress, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe ImageReady.

Candidate must be proficient in Word and Excel.
