Production Coordinator/Editorial Admin.

A dynamic, growing publisher of nature, travel and language guides is seeking an energetic and adaptable individual to join our editorial team.

 

Primary responsibilities:Administrative support for senior editorial manager Production coordination for all guides and reprints Write editorial and marketing copy Proofread copy in guides and marketing material Research content for guides and books Perform fact-checking for guides and books Research and manage title/content files in database (Microsoft Access) Reception on occasion

 

Qualifications:Copyediting experience Excellent written communication skills Ability to meet and manage deadlines Ability to work independently Strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Macintosh Minimum 5 years work experience Preference given to those with post secondary education
