Hart Industries, Inc. is a printer and paper converter for packaging products. We provide printed paper packaging materials to a diversified group of large companies in several different industries including: candy/snack foods, dairy products, feminine hygiene, and building materials. Our customers use our converted materials in their final product packaging. Hart has an excellent reputation for producing high quality products and graphics work coupled with a strong customer service philosophy. All members of the Hart team must strive to achieve these standards in all they do.
We have an opening for a Production Manager with the following qualifications:
? 5 years experience managing a production process. Minimum 7 years work experience.
? Experience should include minimum 3 years managing a multi-machine, multi-shift printing plant.
? Computer skill with Microsoft Office software.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Experience developing production standards.
? Able to develop a production planning process and implement it.
? History of taking personal responsibility for and being committed to meeting production goals for volume, efficiency, scrap, and quality.
? Prepare reporting of actual production achievement against goals.
? Has developed and executed employee training processes.
? Experience with an effective safety program.
The manufacturing building is enclosed, fully climate controlled and very clean as required for producing packaging materials for food and sanitary products.
