Program Manager, Field Operations Support

Position Summary:


This position will be responsible for the standard operating procedures in office and print centers. This includes responsibility for analysis and development of Operational Procedures in implementing best practices across the organization. Development and implementation of operations procedures will be key metrics of success. This individual will be assigned the responsibility for maintaining and updating operational procedures to improve consistent customer service levels. In addition, planning, managing and ensuring the successful deployment of programs to these centers, the operations managers will help design and influence business processes and procedures to ensure long term sustainability and profitability. The role requires the ability to be involved with efforts on both a strategic and operations level to ensure efficient and profitable operation.



Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required;
Minimum 3-5 years substantive business experience, preferably with field operations roles.
Minimum 2-3 years experience of personnel leadership and management experience.
Excellent team building and collaborative skills.
Proven organizational skills.
Strong problem solving abilities including group facilitation.
Ability to manage multiple programs and/or projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills including ability to present programs and train on program topics.
Strong process orientation necessary to understand program impact on existing and emerging operational processes
Process Improvement experience preferred.

Provide leadership and vision for Office & Print centers.
Investigate and validate best practices across the enterprise, and implement continuous improvement processes.
Manage and develop systems that drive operational consistency and performance throughout the field.
Provide leadership for effective supply cost management initiatives in the field.
Lead and manage the deployment cross-functional teams.
Provide effective communication to branches, districts and markets.
Manage and resolve field concerns and/or feedback on specific programs.
Effectively analyze key business data.
