Now in our 24th year, Nice Lines Direct Mail, the Delaware valley?s leader in marketing services, seeks a Print and Direct Mail Project Manager.

 

We offer turnkey solutions to our 700+ clients by offering them a full range of marketing services from our 60,000 sq ft. Norristown, PA facility. We provide: design and graphic arts services, Heidelberg offset and digital printing, digital personalization,  complete mailing services with an on site U.S. Post Office, promotional products sales group based in our state of the art product showroom, a 30,000 ft warehouse home of our world-class global fulfillment center, featuring our web based order entry and client self-service software.

 

Manage client projects as part of a service team to effectively move a job from planning to delivery. Act as primary contact between clients and company personnel. Interpret and compose project specifications for all internal departments based on client needs/input. Interact daily with various internal departments for scheduling, quality control and monitoring of projects to insure clients' needs are met in a timely and profitable manner. Communicate effectively with external clients regarding job status to ensure satisfaction.

 

You?ll help grow our company by encouraging additional business by assisting in the planning process of jobs. Inform clients of new product and service offerings and help them meet their needs more effectively. Provide cost estimates on projects that result in company profitability.

You?ll have at least a Associates Degree degree and/or 3 years experience a project manager/client services representative for a mailing company or sheet fed printer, or experience buying these services from the client/agency side. It would be great if you have a decent knowledge of postal regulations (you know there's a lot more to the post office then a 39 cent stamp).

 

You?ll love working with clients, and understand the concept of playing well with others.

 

You have strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with all levels of management and clients. You are a Good negotiator and have fantastic organizational, project and time management skills.


You can juggle a bunch of projects at the same time, and not break a sweat doing it. . You are fluent in the Microsoft family of PC software, and have excellent organizational skills.

It would help if you could play the accordion, or some other odd musical instrument (we don?t know why we just think it would be fun to have an accordion player in the office).
