Publications Coordinator

Anderson International Inc. has an immediate opening for a Publications Coordinator that is motivated, creative, and passionate about his/her career and future growth and who enjoys a variety of functions and responsibilities.  We have been in business for 14 years, providing management services for some of the largest and most prestigious pharmaceutical companies in the world. The Publications Coordinator is responsible for various duties supporting the creative services department.

 

Key duties include:

 Writing headlines, captions and other copyFact checking. Proofreading. Monitoring news wire for relevant stories.  Compiling and collating correspondence and updating project files accordingly. Various administrative duties including conducting research, filing, typing and generating reports.

Requirements

 

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor?s degree in journalism, marketing or English with two to five years? media, marketing or project coordination experience.  He/she will be able to multitask, prioritize and maintain calm under deadline pressure.   Successful candidates will exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate proficiency using Associated Press Style, be detail and deadline oriented, have solid organizational and time-management skills, be an accomplished proofreader, be an enterprising self-starter and team player and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
