Publications Manager

PADCO, an AECOM company, has provided consulting and development services worldwide since 1965. PADCO's continued success comes from assembling highly effective teams of first-rate advisors to conduct programs improving quality of life and the environment. PADCO staff require an in-house capability to produce various types of publications, including, but not limited to, proposals, deliverables, curricula vitae, field reports, organization charts, and corporate marketing materials. The Publications Manager prioritizes the activities of the Document Production Department to provide PADCO staff with the highest-quality output, often under very tight deadlines. The Publications Manager is also responsible for supervising the staff of the Document Production Department.

Essential Job Functions:
- Manages and coordinates the production of PADCO documents, including, but limited to, proposals, reports, and marketing materials.
- Ensures quality control of all documents that pass through the Document Production Department.
- Oversees electronic library of CVs, corporate proposal materials, and other documents.
- Manages and coordinates PADCO document production activities, including liaison with outside printing services.
- Makes recommendations about purchases of publications-related software.
- Represents the Document Production Department within PADCO at meetings and to external clients in person and via phone.
- Other duties as required by PADCO staff.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with seven years of work experience.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Advanced knowledge of other PC applications, including word processors, spreadsheets, graphics packages, and database management systems.
- Excellent understanding of English grammar, punctuation, and usage.
- Familiarity with foreign languages, especially Spanish, French, and Russian.
