Position Description:

Publicist Job Responsibilities: Handle publicity efforts for children?s titles as assigned. Pitch feature articles, create press materials, research contacts, arrange media interviews/bookstore events; fulfill review copy requests, and coordinate author tours.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of book publicity experience. Knowledge of children?s books and children?s media preferred. Excellent communication skills necessary, as well as the ability to juggle several projects simultaneously.
