Publishing Company Seeks Managing Editor!!

MMG, a multi-titled Hurst, Texas based consumer magazine publishing company is seeking a highly motivated professional for the position of Managing Editor.

The managing editor is responsible for overseeing all editorial activities of the magazine including creating and managing the editorial calendar, assigning and writing editorial, project management, copy editing, etc.

Top candidates will possess a BA/BS in communications, journalism, or business, and the ability to stay organized, work independently, communicate effectively and knowledge of the AP style of writing.

To succeed in this position, candidates will be able to consistently meet deadlines, learn quickly, adapt to constant change, along with possessing strong business writing skills and the unique capacity to interact professionally and successfully with a wide variety of people.
