About us -
US subsidiary of a multinational printer manufacturer seeks an experienced Supply Chain Purchasing Agent. In this role, you will also serve as the company's Inventory Analyst. You will act as a purchasing agent by handling supply chain ordering, mainly from our parent company in France, and have direct responsibility for maintaining acceptable inventory levels at main warehouse and offsite customer warehouse locations in order to provide optimum customer service. The Purchasing Agent will also be directly involved in creating software tools to perform daily purchasing function more effectively.


The job ?

Duties/Responsibilities:Parts ordering of new and exchanged SKU's through MAS90 software packageAnalyzing purchase order status and stock levels and expediting as requiredMonitoring usage reporting and periodic reconciling of offsite customer warehouses to insure accuracyResponsible for the reliability and accuracy of stocking levels at main facilityProcessing of all daily inventory related transactionsIdentifying slow moving inventory and recording of adequate reservesField returns and rework processing of SKU's and returns to parent

 

Benefits -

Salary $40k to $50k commensurate w/ work experience. Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision and like insurance, paid time off and 401(k) plan.

Qualifications ?At least 5 years of supply chain purchasing experienceAccounting degree or related experienceMAS90 software experience is a plus
