SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Check reports prepared by designers for completeness and formatCollect revisions from legal, accounting and mutual funds areas, then combine comments on to one draft for designersReview revisions done by designers for correctnessCheck bluelines received from printersCheck reports prepared in EDGAR format for SEC filingsAssist graphics design group when needed

 

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION AND OTHER INFORMATION:

-  Must have excellent attention to detail

-  Ability to provide excellent service to clients and communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of management, staff and clients

-  The preferred education required for this position is an Associate?s Degree or Vocational/Technical Degree in a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered

-  Requires 4 to 6 years in related experience

-  Overtime required as needed

 

OTHER INFORMATION: 

There is a regular monthly schedule of reports, but new funds and projects can cause overtime. During first quarter of year work load is increased due to Annuity and Life product updates.
