Quality Manager - Front End Process

We currently have an opening for a Quality Manager in our Alexandria, Virginia location. The position is responsible for the assessment, design, implementation and management of statistical analysis and verification methods to monitor and measure production quality in a data capture environment. In addition, incumbent will be responsible for monitoring production output for quality and providing regular verification reports. Function reports to the RTIS Technical Development Manager, and will work in concert with subcontractors and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office staff, make recommendations for process and/or system changes, and maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business, with emphasis in statistical analysis required, MBA preferred, Demonstrated experience working with SPS, ISO and quality management practices, 5 plus years experience in a quality management function in an ISO environment, 5 plus years experience using statistical process control techniques and quantitative analysis of production functions in a data production environment, strong organization, written and verbal skills, 2 plus years demonstrated direct customer interaction/management experience, strong computer literacy, Microsoft Office required, demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, ability to work and foster teamwork in multi-relational environment and ability to interact with all levels of management and employees.
