This Indexer will be responsible for creating and maintaining a master index of the FR&M and A&A content on Checkpoint. The master index is an essential component of the ARM strategy. Customer research has shown that a topical index component on ARM is considered beneficial?the master index will be superior in content and functionality and provide a definite competitive edge.


1. Construct a master index of FR&M and A&A content on Checkpoint.

2. Maintain the master index by combining and coordinating the indexes of all publication update.

3. Perform periodic quaility control procedures on index, such as ensuring that links function properly.

 Qualifications

Indexing experience required. Must be proficient in Cindex.
Library Science degree or equivalent experience a plus.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel. Knowledge of Powerpoint.
Candidate should have strong reading comprehension with the ability to extract information and index accordingly.
