UCG?s Shared Services Division is looking for a business and tech savvy person to play lead role managing the subscription and fulfillment functions for UCG?s Shared Services Group. This will include expertise in fulfillment systems, subscription transactions, product transactions, writing business analysis, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to multiple subscription systems and in depth knowledge of a specific system. Advantage subscription fulfillment experience a plus! They will have extensive experience in business, publishing, and vendor relations.

Primary Responsibilities: Manage all fulfillment functions Interpret instructions from customers and instruct vendors for best outcome


Requirements: Expert knowledge of fulfillment operations and marketing production Expert knowledge of business and compliance rules Experience with ABC and Periodical Class audits Vendor management and analysis skills Business Project Management skills Understanding of information technology and systems Leadership duties as main day to day point of contact with vendors.
