Syrup Batcher

PepsiAmericas is currently recruiting for a syrup batcher for our Kansas City Manufacturing location. Syrup batchers are responsible for reading syrup recipes and creating the raw product that is then combined with carbonated water and filled into bottles, cans and fountain packages. Batching is extremely critical to our bottling operation and this position is a key part of our success. Batchers must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time. Candidates with prior experience in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment are preferred as are those who have experience batching in other (or the same) industries.

Qualified candidates must have the following:

* At least a HS diploma or GED, some trade school or AA degree is preferred

* Must be at least 18 years of age due to the safety sensitive nature of this position

* Candidates must be willing to take and pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

* Some experience in a high-pressure, time-sensitive work environment
