TECH / DISPATCHER
As a service technician, you will serve business customers by installing and servicing all major brands systems and solutions to a diverse base of commercial, educational, and/or government accounts.
Duties:
? Install systems, software, and products at customer locations; install equipment program systems; complete testing
? Maintain systems and products by responding to emergency service requests; conduct tests; diagnose problems; complete repairs, maintain good customer relationships
? Maintain records by properly documenting system repairs and upgrades
? Comply with specifications by adhering to standard operation procedures
? Keep all equipment in proper working order including managing breakdowns; monitoring supplies; performing preventive maintenance; scheduling repairs, maintaining accurate parts inventory
