TELEPHONE INTERVIEWERS/MARKET RESEARCH

Vista Higher Learning, a leading language publisher for the U.S. and Canadian education markets, develops textbooks, online courseware and educational components.  Our programs are developed after extensive market research and careful consultation with educators and researchers as well as publishing and pedagogical professionals. 

 

We are currently seeking temporary Telephone Interviewers to make outbound phone calls to professionals at schools in order to gather data.  NO SALES are involved. These are temporary full-time opportunities that will last about 4-6 weeks.

 

Primary responsibilities of the Telephone Interviewers include:Making outbound calls to schools (list provided), finding the right person to speak with, and asking a series of key questions about their language programs and textbooksReceiving and managing call backsCapturing the data gathered in an accurate manner using a template and entering it into a computer program

 

The ideal candidates have excellent phone communication skills, are well organized and able to make an aggressive number of outbound calls each day as well as receive and manage call backs, and can capture the information gathered accurately and enter the data into a computer.
