POSITION DESCRIPTION: Analyzes, develops and implements productivity/quality/service improvements and cost savings initiatives. Facilitates change management and special technical projects (i.e. research, development of new system functionality, etc.). Analyzes technical problems, new system requirements and works with programming to develop specifications Coordinates and supports ongoing department education needsCoordinates the development process to ensure that the product being developed will be appropriate in all ways (i.e., quality, timeliness, functionality and cost) and does not adversely affect the client or TCSDevelops comprehensive procedures for testing new programming enhancements and assists in training of user groupsEvaluates new systems for the department to ensure the Marketing Services systems are consistent with the underlying support filesParticipates in all relevant meetings and disseminates information to staff 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 1 year project management experience 2 years fulfillment systems experience or 1 year experience evaluating processes and recommending improvements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated through previous experienceStrong analytical and problem solving skills as demonstrated by previous experience Ability to multi-task as demonstrated by previous experience 

POSITION PREFERENCES: Knowledge of Marketing Services  systems (i.e. Rabit, Promotion Builder, Peoplesoft, Elite, SST, TSO, Circman, etc.) and operations Experience with Magic, Merlin, Mirage, and/or Mistic Previous project lead experience
