Role Description
This person will provide support to the Large Banks Program Management Office at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. This position reports directly to the LB PMO Support Team Manager. This person will be responsible for acting as a scribe at LB PMO Meetings and assisting meeting chair persons in producing meeting minutes. They will also interface with the LB PMO Program Administrator to track action items and decisions. In addition, this person will be responsible for reviewing documents from the PMO for clarity, style, etc.

Detailed Duties Include:
? Review and edit documents and presentations for clarity, style, etc.
? Attend meetings and take notes
? Produce meeting minutes
? Coordinate with the LB PMO Program Administrator to track action items and decisions.
? Provide logistical support for meetings

 Required Skills

Requirements:
? Work Hours: Ability to work 40 hours per week at the client site in downtown Washington DC around core hours of M-F from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
? Required Education: bachelors degree
? Required Certifications: None
? Required Overall Experience: five years
? Required Specific Experience:
o 1-3 years experience as a technical writer.
? Required Tools: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
o Experience with MS Project and or MS Visio is desirable but not required
? Required Skills:
o Good time management and attention to detail.
o Strong client facing skills and excellent oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences are required.
o The applicant should have the ability to operate independently, without close supervision, and also to work as a member of a team.
o Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
