We are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the position of first shift Composition Supervisor. This position requires an ability to multi-task, coordinate workflow between departments, serve as a staff mentor, and manage personnel.

Qualifications:

The Composition Supervisor works directly with the Customer Service Supervisor to prioritize work currently flowing through the Composition Group, as well as any other work that comes in during the day. Part of this responsibility includes coordinating work among all Composition sites, and keeping track of all outsourced work. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times, managing employee schedules, vacation and sick time, and reviewing employees on a timely basis to provide both positive feedback regarding performance and areas in need of improvement. The Supervisor is also responsible for building an effective, efficient and cohesive composition team.
