PRODUCTION MANAGER
FOR STATE OF ART PRINTING PLANT
Production manager needed for a new state of the art web offset printing operation located in the Mid-Atlantic region.
You must be the kind of leader who truly likes people, wants them to succeed and holds them accountable for realizing their full potential. You?ll be results-oriented, quality-oriented and focused on ?zero-defects? production processes, but also know how to have fun celebrating successes. You?ll be a winner who enjoys showing others how to become winners. You?ll be a great communicator and positive thinker who can collaborate and satisfy the needs of a variety of printing clients on strict deadline schedules.
Proven and recent record of successful production leadership required. $60-80K salaried position, reporting to the plant manager. Benefits include health, dental, 401(k), vacation, life and disability insurance. EEOC.
