Come join a growing organization and grow with us.  Seeking an experienced, mature individual to research, write, edit and proofread product, program and informational copy for a variety of print and online documents and projects with primary focus on credentialing programs.  The position will ensure that all work deliverables carry the key messages of the organization, and are consistent and accurate in all areas and final documents are usable and of high quality.  The individual will establish, communicate and maintain documentation standards and provide feedback on process improvements as needed.

 

Requirements:

? Bachelor?s degree in English, Communications or other related business discipline.

? Minimum 5 years experience, with demonstrated superior writing, editing and proofreading skills; preferably in a product training and development and/or nonprofit environment.

? Global expertise and experience preferred along with the capability to edit and proofread desired multi-lingual and multi-cultural print & online products and services.

? Able to successfully adjust style and approach for promotional, informational, technical and online projects. 

? Ability to proofread various size and formatted materials, electronically and/or in hard copy.

? Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as the command of English language and associated rules and style.

? Proven relationship management skills; including demonstrated ability to work with all levels of staff, global customers, volunteers and external organizations with a track record of positive relationships and solutions-oriented customer service.

? Technical proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat.
