Qualified individuals will possess a strong background in Strategic Sourcing with the proven ability to lead large, successful projects.

Client expectations include knowledge of best practices, the ability to develop and manage metrics and supply relationships, and the application of strategies to optimize key spend categories.
?A minimum of 12 years progressive experience in related roles with a high level of measurable results.
?Deep experience in Sourcing, Contract Development and Negotiation, and Supplier Management for large spend categories (direct and/or indirect).
?Strong Project Management skills with the proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven team environment.
?Functional knowledge of ERP applications (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) and Spend Management tools (Ariba).
?Competent in Microsoft Office packages ? Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Project.
?Travel is optional.
?Bachelor?s degree required.
