CDI Business Solutions is currently recruiting for our client an innovative global OEM that specializes in the design and manufacture of solutions for the power generation and oil & gas industries. This challenging contract opportunity is located in Alpharetta GA, and is scheduled for up to a year....There are opportunities for both part time and full time positions. The successful candidates will have a background in purchasing indirects, such as services and needs for the facility.

Description:

Negotiate prices, terms and quality requirements with domestic suppliers for products and services including engineering requirements, alternate labor agreements, and other indirect requirements. Identify and negotiate supply agreements consistent with strategic sourcing plans. Demonstrate ability to manage supplier performance through metrics and service level agreements.

Requirements:

Position requires a Bachelors degree from an accredited school or university plus a minimum of three years experience in the procurment field.

SAP, MS Office, low level negotiations with vendors, problem solving ability, invoice reconciliations.
