Buyer (1043)

Description The Buyer will perform purchasing related tasks associated with current production and new product development and launch to ensure a continuous flow of all parts and materials at the optimum cost and quality to the CKNA Corporation. Develop supply strategies and cost reduction initiatives in support of corporate goals. Develop strong commodity and manufacturing process knowledge, as well as an understanding of market conditions and technical trends. Will also aid, support and direct the other buyers when and where needed and coordinate special projects.

 Required Skills

Strong Excel and other Microsoft office skills. Strong cost analysis skills. Three to five plus years purchasing experience. Experience in injection mold, aluminum or stamped and fabricated metal but will consider all commodity areas with strong cost analysis skills. Four year BS degree required.
