BuyerEffective sourcing and acquisition of inventory to support sales and marketing forecast/demand (fill rate) Aggressive sourcing for optimum cost of assigned vendors and product categories Effective management of inventory for optimum turn and value (Aging,  write offs, and return to vendor) Responsible for maintaining accurate costing, classification and status of assigned products. Responsible for placing purchase orders with multiple vendors. Plans and forecasts for future merchandise buys based on historical buys, reoccurring buys and current inventory levels Initiate inventory rotations based on sales to stock comparison Determine Vendor payment decisions with Finance and any other Vendor issues Ensure receiving and invoicing discrepancies are corrected timely, Manage and Adjust product receipt dates (ETA?s) Resolve lost and damaged product claims with Warehouse and MFR/Distribution Assist SOC team as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.  Perform other duties as assigned. 

Education & Experience: Bachelor?s degree preferred but not mandatory. 2-4+ years experience in technology, computer products, accessories, consumer electronics, or peripherals purchasing environment. Excellent interpersonal skills required for interaction with internal and external manufacturers and Sales Associates. Strong organizational and time management skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent oral and written skills a must.
